* Newborn Session Info

The best time to do newborn sessions is within the first 10 days.

The goal is to have the baby SUPER sleepy by the time I get there.

PLEASE have baby fed/burped/changes and awake 30 minutes before I get there so that when I arrive we have the best change of baby knocking out and getting the gooey gooey sleepy pictures. We're going to need to use a room in your home that has a lot of space and natural light. Also, It should be very warm (at least 80 degrees) so the little one will be comfortable if we decide to get them naked. If we are hot and sweaty it's PERFECT for baby!!

Heating the room before hand is recommended but if that isn't a option we can opt for space heaters. Please let me know if you have these, if not I can bring mine!

Another things to keep in mind that can help things go smoothly is to have all the outfits/props/blankets that you want to use (if any) our and ready when I get there. I will bring basic props, blankets and wraps but if you have an heirloom blankets or are headband you'd like for me to incorporate I'd be more than happy! Also have burp clothes and wipes ready since accidents are always possible.

If you want to do naked photos try to have baby make (diaper is okay) and wrapped in a blanket when I arrive so we don't have to bother baby with too many wardrobe changes.
